After the hand-wrapping scandal he faced two years ago, Antonio “Tijuana Tornado” Margarito hopes to redeem himself by winning his upcoming fight. With the skills and incredible speed of his opponent, Manny “Pac Man” Pacquiao, the Mexican fighter is undergoing a rigorous training with his new trainer Robert Garcia. The Pacquiao vs Margarito match will happen in the next few weeks and the two boxers are now on the final touches of their preparation.

Margarito seems to be diverting all his frustration on his conditioning drills and sparring sessions. During one of his interviews, the Mexican boxer maintained his initial statement that he has nothing to do with what happened during his fight with Shane Mosley. He pointed out that he had no idea that his former trainer placed pads on his wraps which almost caused him to lose his boxing career.

Because of the incident, Margarito is prohibited to fight in Nevada and California. But the ban did not include other possible training grounds such as Oxnard and Hollywood.

Along with his new trainer, Margarito is confident that he will put on a tough fight on November 13. The “Tijuana Tornado” is all set to take back his dignity as he aims to knock down Pacquiao in Arlington, Texas.

In an interview with the pride of Mexico at Fortune Gym, Sunset Boulevard, he stated that he is going to take advantage of the opportunity and do his best to beat the pound-for-pound king. Margarito said that he is working extra hard because he sees his fight with the Filipino boxer as a chance for him to prove all the critics wrong.

Margarito is currently in his best shape making it an obvious result of his serious training. Garcia said that Margarito has full confidence that he could win the match.

The Pacquiao vs Margarito fight is becoming more and more exciting so fans out there should watch the calendar and be prepared to see one hell of a good match.
