Estu! Community Project
Estudyante Network now offers its members a chance to earn from the Google Adsense program by having a sharing in the display of ads over the topic pages in the whole Estudyante Network website. For topics a member starts, his/her AdSense client ID will be used 50% of the time when the thread is viewed as a thread. In every "viewtopic page", three ad blocks will be shown: two are embedded on the first post and the other one after the last post.

Q. Why do this?
A. A forum is nothing without its members, so why not give its members a chance to earn by participating in the forums.

Q. What are the requirements?
A. A member who wants to participate in this program should:
  • Have an Adsense account through Google. If you don't have one, you can sign-up here.
  • Have at least 50 total posts within the forum to participate.
Q. What are the steps in joining this project?
A. After completing the requirements mentioned, here are the steps in setting up your account for the Estu! Community Project:
  • Login to your Google Adsense account.
  • Go to "My Account".
  • Scroll down until you reach "Property Info". You'll see your Adsense for Content ID in this format - ca-pub-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx where xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx is a 16-digit number. Copy your ID minus the "ca-". Now it should be pub-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
  • Login to your Estudyante Network Account.
  • In the menu, click on User CP. When the drop-down menu appears, click on Setup Adsense.
  • You'll be transferred to the Adsense setup page. Just paste your Google Adsense ID and click SAVE. You may leave the Google Channel field empty.
  • Now you're ready to earn. Just a note, start threads that will be most likely participated in by other members. Informative and educational topics are encouraged.
Q. Are there restrictions in participating in the program?
A. Since the Community Project uses Adsense as its advertising medium, the usage of the Project by participating members is still covered by the Google's Terms of Service.Specifically that means you must not talk about your earnings and you must not encourage clicks on your ads or do anything to undermind the Adsense program.

Q. Will this last forever?
A. We can't guarantee it will run forever, but as of now there are no plans to stop it at any point. But we do retain the right to halt the program or make adjustments to it as necessary if it's not working out in it's current form for whatever reason, especially when Google made any changes in its Terms of Service.
